Moodle quiz import export plugin

The task is simple create a plugin that allows import of quiz from excel spreadsheet and exports quizzes in excel format from Moodle. Only following type of quizzes are part of project 1. Multiple choice- single answer and multiple answer 2. True & false type 3. Fill in the blanks type (missing words) 4.
