Need existing php script updated

I hired someone on here last year to write a script for me, here is a simple description of what happens & what the script does. 1 - The script actively monitors a gmail account via cron every 1 minute 24 hours a day. 2 - It will detect incoming e-mail messages as they come in, once it detects a message it will extract the valuable information from the bloated html e-mail. (customer name, address, phone #, e-mail, etc) 3 - Once it does this, it will compose a new message and send only the valuable information in a plain text e-mail with reply field set to the customers e-mail address. 4 - It then enters a ticketing system already in place. Since the script generates the customer name, reply e-mail and only the good information. Our ticketing system easily reads this information (oppose from the original bloated e-mail) which allows us to easily reply directly in our ticketing system. All of this is already in place and was working up until a week ago at which point I'm not sure why it quit working. I need the script looked at and updated to start working again. I don't see any changes to the e-mails so it may have just quit working on the web server. I will be paying on an hourly basis and it really shouldn't be that big of job since what I want done is already there, it just needs to be restarted. I would then like to be provided with a backup of everything incase this needs to be re-installed at a later time. I don't want this drug out for weeks as again the script is already written so I would like it working within a few days.
