I need a price calculator made to be put on my website (WordPress)

Hi I'm in the process of creating a small WordPress website for my cleaning company. After a lot of failed attempts at creating a page where the costumer would be able to calculate a price, I've decided to try to find a freelancer who can do this for me. It's nothing fancy really but I've come to realize that the time I would spend on this would just be too much to be practical. What I need exactly: It is supposed to be a grid with around 20 or so pictures. Underneath each picture is 2 buttons and a text field. The images show what kind of service they want and the buttons are "plus 1" and "minus 1" buttons. The textfield is updated with every click on the buttons. (Starts at "0", then if you click the "plus 1" button it updates to "1", etc.) In the bottom there then needs to be a text field that shows the total price for the costumer. That is basically it. It needs to be put in a grid that adapts to various screen sizes, including tablets and phones. (This is where I have had the must trouble.) Let me know what you will charge to make this, but please be aware that, as I am starting a new company and have many other expenses during this process, a lower price will be a priority for me.
