Ongoing relationship with Expert WordPress Developer

We are a virtual law firm and use our custom built WordPress intranet to run our business (see attachments). We are looking for an expert WordPress Developer to help us with our intranet for an ongoing relationship. We need someone who will work with us to develop the best solutions for us. For example, I want input on whether we should custom code a module or use an off the shelf module. We currently have different “modules” on the intranet: 1. A forum 2. A project manager 3. An availability module 4. A wiki These modules were custom developed for us. We will need help modifying these modules and adding new modules. For the modifications, we currently need: 1. Add search function to forum 2. Add search function to wiki 3. Add a feature to the project manager where we can drag and drop an outlook message from the desktop outlook software to the new project button and auto populate fields based on the message similar to what this to-do software does: [login to view URL] New modules we will need on: 1. Adding a customer/lead gen module that can tie into the Project Manager and have a lead tracking system (either custom or I have been looking at the ZeroBS CRM wordpress plugin) 2. Adding a Poll module. We have an audit practice where we need to poll the attorneys to see if there are any issues with the client. We would need the ability to add a new poll for each client and have a yes/no box for each attorney user. Once all attorneys have responded, the poll would close. A bonus would be if it could send an email notifying that the poll is closed. Please tell me why you would be a good fit for us and let me know how you can help with the projects listed above. Thanks.
