Online Instant Quote Form

We are looking for someone (i.e. IT specialist) to help us create an online instant quotation platform for an accountancy company. The online platform will require the IT specialist to create forms (GUI interface) that the online user will use to provide some personal data (e.g. name, address, number) and service requirements (e.g. which services they want, how many staff they employ) and then receive a price quote (requiring some formulas that we will provide to the IT specialist). Subsequently, the user will have the option to modify their previously input details or proceed to provide further data in order to generate a letter of engagement with the associated terms of service. These engagement documents will probably need to be liked to e.g. Adobe E-signature software. The whole process is expected to be automated with no input from the accountancy service provider. We require someone to provide advice on how best to generate such a form and implement the solution by, for example, carrying out the necessary programming. Some additional programming may be required to link the online form to other programs, but that should be minimal and will probably involve simply providing hyperlinks.
