Online takeaway delivery adaptation of woocommerce

I need to you to adapt woocommerce and any other plugins to enable me to do the following: The website will be a simple one page site for the sole purpose of ordering a set number of takeaway meals. I will design and build the frontend of the website. I need you to configure some of the backend plugins to enable the following to occur seamlessly... The steps will be as follows: 1. Step 1: Input postcode to check whether we deliver to your area*. 2. Step 2: If we do deliver to your area then choose a date and time slot**. 3. Step 3: There is a minimum order of 4 meals, so I need 4 spaces to enter a first name, then a dropdown for that person's meal choice***. With the option to add further people one at a time and their meal choice. 4. Step 4: Place the order and pay, using Woocommerce's already built in payment gateways. 5. Step 5: Customer receives an email with their order and delivery date/time etc. I receive an email with the customers details, delivery address, order and time they want it delivered. * Needs address validation. ** We only intend to accept orders before 10:30am on the day of delivery, if it is after 10:30am then a message should be displayed saying "Sorry its too late to order for today, but why not place your order for tomorrow or next week so you don’t miss a slot!" The system should then only allow orders to be placed for the following day or later. *** We have available only 6 options for meals, these should be displayed in a dropdown for each person to select from. These will be the "products" entered into Woocommerce. As there is a minimum order of 4 meals each of these fields must be completed. I imagine then there to be a button to add more people to the order. There will also need to be a section for Any Special Requirements. Hopefully this is all clear. Any questions please ask?
