Opensource website editor - Design and implementation

Do u have a already developed opensource editor please contact me. Not that u can develop. Must be in latest technology with security issues hacking is covered plus free for bugs and errors. U must show a demo to get this project. I do not need a person who can develop this from zero. Looking for a person who already have been working on this and have his own opensource editor. This editor is needed to be used with a website design. A user admin with login to update the conent of website. I do not want to use joomla or similar. Need my own simpel solution to start with. Only seriouse post with reply to project will be answered. Please do not copy/paste general text. Read the project first.
