We currently have an outlook add-in that is checking every mail attempted for a reply and check if support@[login to view URL] is one of the recipients and if so it will check if the subject has a ticket number and if not it will prompt the user that there is no ticket number and a whether the user is sure that he/she what to send a mail to the support-ID. This outlook add-in needs to be updated to be able to present and opportunity to the Engineer (sender) when sending mail so as to capture the time spent on the ticket and the select the worknote classification. So essentially, it should make an API call to Landesk ticketing tool, create a new worknote under the ticket ID (obtained from the email subject) and then present a text box, wherein the user can input the time spent in minutes. A second input would be in the form of a pull down list where the user can select a Worknote activity type.
