Currently your system is at hanged state.. Better possible solution : If you were a server ADMIN .. reinstall or update the process : as your cpanel is using av4 , currently av 3 in stable. Second your check you disk space and backup disk space third .. You were trying to take backup of user account whose cron jobs run in every few second .. so this perform lock over files , that hold backup script and it wait time make it stalled.
