Package A react.js website to a desktop Application -- 2

we have a website application , we have tried to use [login to view URL] to package it to a desktop usable application, but we need some tweaks to make it better, you can also suggest a new way to achieve the same result 1) do not let user view any of the URLs in the application 2) allow copy/paste words and data in it 3) transfer back a unique ID from that computer to distinguish user and the computer 4) get notifications by HTML 5 WebKit notice method 5) detect the server status by HTML status(HTTP 200/ HTTP 500) to show user server is available or not 6) language switch aware (we need it can change from Chinese/ English notice)
