Phone number validation for Wordpress website

I'm looking for a developer to implement phone number validation on my website's contact forms. Specifically, this is to be implemented using: - The "intl-tel-input" javascript plugin (available on Github) Full instructions for installation are here: [login to view URL] An example of the phone number validation script in action is here: [login to view URL] This is to be implemented on the form on this page: [login to view URL] (Ignore the extra fields and lack of formatting - they are for development purposes and will be removed). The scripts must be insatlled site-wide so that validation can occur on all site-wide pop-up optin forms. Must have experience with working with Javascript, CSS and HTML5.
