Profile management

We need a profile management system. The output will look like this: [login to view URL] We need everything, people need to sign up, modify their details, upload a photo, and there should be another page with a html editor where they can post more information about themselves. So there's 2 pages per profile, 1 has a lot of fixed fields, the other is a "free" html page where they can fill in anything. We need a management side where we can activate the accounts, manage the fixed fields and more like that. Basicly, it all needs to be build, the only thing we provide is a template for the output.
