Need a module for Prestashop 1.4 To restrict payment options depends on : - total amount cart, - ip address, - post code and if possible add a feature to block some address email, name and lastname. You should make a module for easily edit each restriction settings (locate the hookPayment function), and add the custom logic to this function.
