Rightmove data scraping

The ideal candidate will be well versed in front & backend development and have worked with Rightmove data API previously. The project can be delivered in Java or web-based. A postcode will be entered, along with distance in miles (similar to Rightmove website) This will then pull into a log file all listings in that criteria and output the following data 1 - Rightmove URL 2 - Date Property was First Listed for sale 3 - Selling Agent 4 - Number of Bedrooms 5 - Property Type (Detached, Semi Detached, Terraced, Flat, Bungalow, Land) 6 - Postcode 7 - Current Sales Price 8 - Original listing price (this should be logged in the API) Once the scrape has been complete, the log file can then be output/extracted as a .csv file which will be saved locally if a java application, or saved onto the server and a download link if solution is web based. What I need from you: 1. Read the Requirements completely and submit your bid with appropriate timescales. 2. Please advise if you have previous experience with Rightmove data API 3. If awarded, you will need to gather the API details yourself. 4. We will decide on project stages. When a stage is completed, tested and approved, I’ll release a partial milestone payment. Please note – I will not release a milestone payment until all work has been checked & completed – milestone payments only.
