Dedicated, hardworking, bought into the vision. 4-5 years’ experience working with Rails. 6-8 years of prior development experience (both backend and frontend), ideally in startups Experience deploying and running a production web application with substantial amounts of users. Experience with technical support and interacting with users to fix bugs. Experience with managing website performance and metrics. Familiar with and used to adhering to industry best practices (testing, version control, documentation, SSL, etc.) MUST speak and write FLUENT ENGLISH.
