Senior/experience React developer needed for signup form development

We are looking for a React developer to work with us for about 2 weeks on a complex sign up form. The form UX takes the user across 4-5 steps, with precise validation, some API calls to fetch/validate/autocomplete data, and then save the information to an API. We would like the form to be built using Create React App – but are otherwise open to methodologies, form validation libraries etc. We will supply the API endpoints you need through the form, along with wireframes and designs. We expect you to build the sign up form in a way which is well documented and structured, easy for another developer to pick up down the track. We expect the styles to be tidy, precise to the designs, and well structured. We're looking forward to working with an experienced and detailed oriented React dev. We're a startup and always looking for new people to collaborate with. No pro-forma or copy/paste applications please, we won't review them. Please take the time to read and understand our brief.
