Hi i worked as a Linux Administrator for 2 years which includes installation,configuration and maintenance of software in linux. I am a certified RHCSA and RHCE. As you said that you have many websites on the server, did you go through all the websites software tools. I am particularly asking you do that before upgrading since you face lot of compatibility issues because i came through lot of issues with in-compatibility with php 54 with other php versions. So please be warned about this beforehand. in-compatibility is a issue which cannot be easily troubleshooted(we can but that includes lot of people coming from different software supports). If you are not concerned about compatibility and just would like to upgrade your php i can easily do it. As i am working i cannot work on weekdays, i will be free in weekends, that is why i cannot work for more than 20 hours a week(sorry for that).
