Set up correct settings for my wordpress multisite

I need the correct [login to view URL], dns, https, .htaccess settings in order to make my wordpress multisite work correctly. I'd like it to be set up with subdomains please, and my understanding is that I'll have to create a new dns entry + letsencrypt cert for each new subdomain I add, because my host doesn't provide support for multisite/wildcard domains.

subdomain is different Multisite is different. subdomain can be without multisite. multisite have a lot of issues. Please clear u want multisite or subdomain ill guide u accordingly . got 16 + years of experience and excellent reviews ready to start now.
