Simple script mainly PHP/MYSQL

I am in need of a basic script with a back end (password protected) and front end (password protected), hopefully completed ready to be deployed in one day. BACKEND Once signed into the back end I need to be able to: A) Add a list of 'sections' that will appear in a drop down (for example Group1 and Group2) B) Add a list of 'countries' that will appear in a drop down (for example France, UK) C) Add a list of 'pricing values' that will appear in a drop down (for example 'per item/per kg) once these are done We then need to be able to add a 'product' and give that product a 'price', it will then be assigned to a section/country/pricing value in the following sequence: D1) Select a 'Section' from a drop down D2) Select a 'country' from a drop down D3) Enter a 'product' in a text field and a 'price' in a separate text field. D4) Select a 'pricing Value' from a drop down click to save which allows me to add another note 1: countries can be added to more than one section note 2: In the admin a list of products can be viewed (and their assigned section/pricing value/price with the ability to filter by country) FRONTEND from the front end, once the correct password is entered I can: select a 'section' which loads the countries select a 'country' which loads the products assigned to that country/ select a 'product' which displays the entered 'Price' and the 'assigned pricing value'. For the design the front end just needs to be a white page, the content centralized and a logo at the top.
