Google provides free smtp service. Your description was not very clear but will explain anyways. if you looking for a software via your PC. I could connect outlook to Google to send and receive emails. for website you have to write a code to make this possible else use pop3 if available with your service provider. could complete in less than 3 hours. please pm me more details
