Which cloud-database are you using? 2. The format of the excel sheets to be processed (as specified in step 1) 3. In step 7, do you mean overwriting an existing record (if it exists) and update its date and time stamp or to add another row for the same record with a new date and time stamp? 4. In step 9, it seems you want to represent the data from the excel file in HTML format and send it to all vessels as an acknowledgment. Please verify. 5. Also, please explain step 10. 6. It seems the hyperlink for the attachments points to the files stored on the cloud. Is it correct? 7. Please explain more about the reports to be developed.
