We are seeking the development of a new software program that will allow us to display; 1. local Weather conditions, 2. 5 day forecast, 3. Time Hours and Minutes and Seconds, 4. with ability to turn off any of these at will in any order. We have attached software that we had previously created that functioned, but the issue we wish to fix is that we need the software to enable us ; 5. Allow us EASY access to change the IP address from which site we gather the local weather and time, and also have at least three websites for each, in case one website malfunctions. This information from potentially 6 different websites MUST allow us to continuously display the temp & time, 24hours, 7 days, 365 days a year. Please confirm your scope, language format, time frame to create and beta test your software and cost.

Hello! I can easily do this and build you a very clean UI for both the front end and a simple backend to easily control some features of the site (how things are displayed, where the info is coming from, etc.) I can also include failsafes so if one weather source does go down, it will automatically pull from a different source. Are you looking for a web app? I would build this on a nodejs and react stack. I could also build you an iOS app if you're interested. Either way I would be able to get this done in ~1 week + a little time to iterate to get you exactly what you're looking for. Based in the US. I will be using modern web technologies, javascript, react, all with real time updates and a smooth ui. I will wrapp it with electron to create a desktop app. We can discuss any other requirements.
