Speed up Wordpress Site and Resolve All Issues as Per Google PageSpeed, GTMetrix and Pingdom

According to Google page speed and GT Metrix and Pingdom there are some issues with our website and these make the website slow and it gets stuck. Some of the we experience are: > The render blocking javascript and css issues make the website slow and difficult to load and block certain plugins to load [login to view URL] you need to eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content and resolve the issue completely. > Website (main page and several other pages) get stuck and the vertical scroll does not work on first load (and on reloads also at times) this needs to be resolved completely. > Ubermenu is not able to load until some javascripts are loaded and that delays the website loading speed. Pages load extremely slow for the entire website and page load time is over 10s which needs to be corrected. > GT Metrix suggests that there are too many requests on the website to load, this needs to be reduced considerably. > GT Metrix asks to specify certain image dimensions (most of them are specified but still some remain), Remove query strings from static resources, Avoid a character set in the meta tag, Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content, transferring google fonts to the server and host locally etc. These need to be resolved > According to google pagespeed the server response time is over 2.5 seconds and needs to be reduced. > Also, the visible content needs to be prioritised and loaded accordingly. > According to the waterfall chart on gtmetrix the page elements that load in order need to be corrected and optimised. > Also do the best optimum leverage browser caching setting which is active and optimise wordpress database. > Also, the website has an SSL certificate installed, which has been configured to be forced on all pages and elements, but we find out that the page load times increase due to that and are different with http and https and on Pingdom, it takes too much time to first configure http and then configures https, which increases the website load time. we have noticed that the time changes when someone type the domain name with or without www. or with https or with just http. This has to be resolved so that whether someone visits the site via whichever url it should take less than 1 second to load. We already have Cloud Flare Plus and caching from Siteground Super cacher and SG Cacher plugin which has static, dynamic and memory caching enabled, also we have gzip compression enabled and browser caching enabled. These are just some examples, over all we expect the person to resolve all these issues with the website that google page speed, gtmetrix and Pingdom suggest and make the website fast to load, and issue free as per Google PageSpeed, GT Metrix and Pingdom. Presently the score on google page speed for mobile is 54/100 for desktop 70/100 and on gtmetrix the page speed score is 95%, Yslow score is 75% and according to kingdom the pref grade is 72/100.
