I have a Wordpress website, [login to view URL], built with the Enfold theme, and hosted at HostGator (a shared reseller account). I need help speeding up the website. Currently our PageSpeed is an A, but the YSlow speed is C. But more importantly, our actual load speed is slow. Google's speed tools, GTMetrix, Pingdom, all show slow - even though we seem to be well optimized. The home page loads in about 10 seconds, very bad. So I need someone who very much knows how to speed up site. Ideally to 3 seconds or faster. We already made some improvements to speed up the site: optimize the images, setup leverage browser cache, minify css & JS, set header expiry time, and some other small things. But we need it to load even faster. Please respond only if you are very experienced with improving Wordpress speed, and have ideas above what I listed above. Also, if you can do a good job speeding up this website, I will gladly hire you to speed up more websites of mine right away. It's good that you are using WebPageTest to judge your website, the only test that measures real speed. Google PageInsights, GTMetri and Pingdom are just "best practices" programs. About hostgator - you will have to change this for optimal performance. It's trash, use SiteGround or some other fast hosting. If you are paying for a speed optimization, it's worth paying to change hosting too for optimal performance. I am an expert in this specific field of speed optimization and own a company from Romania doing exclusively ADVANCED speed optimization. ([login to view URL]) I only deliver ADVANCED optimizations, not medium ones. The market price for ADVANCED optimization is 250-800$. I can do it for the lowest end of the spectrum. I guarantee that this will be an ADVANCED optimization (render blocking removed, plug-in prioritization, pjax, etc.), not a medium one. Unlike a medium optimization that can be done in a couple of hours, an ADVANCED one will take at least 2 - 3 days of non stop hard work.

BEFORE to send my bid to the trash, please read me :D, so if you dont want to work with me, please read my advices. First of all: CDN. I recommend you to go to MAXCDN or CLOUDFLARE. Those are the services that will really do the job. If you want to REALLY improve the load your and reduce the awaiting time, please get the site out of hostgator and use Amazon Web Services, a single Micro installation in AWS will make the speed upto 10X. By having your own service installed in AWS for a wordpress site (8 - 10 USD month) for the Website only (you can keep your emails in hostgator), OR Upgrade your plan into a VPS, you are having a SHARED service, which means the speed will depend on may factors. Including other clients into the service. (believe me, a single client can mess up the entire server). Let me know if we can go deeper, I'll be awaiting for your contact. Regards Javier
