Telegram bot for Instagram engagement group

Current developer went MIA and I need someone to finish the bot. Current bot is in python 3. Bot runs a point based engagement group. Spend points to post links. Earn points by liking and commenting on the posted images. Bot verifies comments, but fails to verify likes. It has other features, but they are not to be changed. What I need added: 1. Verify the number of words in the posted comment meets minimum 5 word requirement. Emojis do not count as words. 2. Admin ability to check how many times group members have successfully posted links in the group within a certain amount of time. Because a link that is not the correct format is automatically deleted, and members can check their points inside of the group chat, it should only count the number of successful link postings. Info should be sent outside of the group chat for privacy. Admin must be able to change the time frame and number posting requirement. For example: To find top 3 group members who have posted the most image links since the 1st of the month. Or, to find all group members who have posted at least 10 image links in the last 60 days. Format of command is flexible. Output is flexible too. It could just be a list of group member names in order from highest to zero, with the number of successful postings next to the name. Or a list of the group member names who meet the requirement and not include their number of successful postings. 3. Same thing for likes 4. Same thing for comments I have a VPS with digitalocean, where current bot is. I will need installation of updated version. I will not provide an Instagram account to test with, you must have your own. I have small Telegram group for Instagram who will test. You must be available for bug testing and fixing before project is closed. If project goes well I have additional bot projects in mind.
