Thumbnail Sliders with prev next button integrated into Wordpress Portfolio Gallery

I want to integrate into an existing wordpress website -> URL sent to your email is a gallery i am building and would like to have inline sliders for image thumbnails like it is on this website -> URL sent to your email . Click on one of the filters e.g filter 1 on the example page which takes you to a page with prev and next sliders activated for thumbs. I tried copying the code from an HTML version but i had to manually add the images instead of uploading via the gallery. Is there a way of achieving the same front end functionality by way of integrating this plugin to my pre existing portfolio in Wordpress. Further details upon request.
