mt4 trade copier website development

Hello I am looking for a very experienced coder with trade copying software. Im very experienced with working with coders in this field and need someone who really knows what they are doing. -What I want firstly is a 100% fully functional error free trade copier platform to build off... this will need to be working already and have 100% of trades copying and working solidly. -after this is proved then instead of using an EA to send the trade info to a php script or mysql database i want to build an order window on the website where you enter the trade details the same as if you would on mt4 but on our website... this will include having a live price feed showing on the website which ill talk about later *price feed - also the site will need to have a member base built into it so people can sign up and log in, once logged in they will be able to open a new trade, close a trade, see open positions, see account history for themselves. - another area of the site will be to show how traders are going against other traders... there will be differnt competitions so when traders place a trade on the new order window they will chose what competition it is for. so the mysql database will log which username placed the trade, what group they traded it in, times, all trade details etc. -there will be a different log in page for users to modify their receiving EAs.... so with this log in users will see account history for all the differnt traders. and from that they will be able to build a table with users trade signals they like from differnt groups. this table will have to sync with the recieving EA when they load up MT4 so that if they have modified there table the recieving EA will recieve the updated trades they have asked for. - i know there are problems with trade copiers so i want to build in a system that checks and confirms trades went through, confirms they are sent, confirms they are recieved and can be viewed by admin. this will need to show all trades are 100% being copied correctly. -i can have the site designed but will need you to impliment the design into the above. - *price feed .... as we will have new order window and open positions the website will need to show live prices, i know alot of coders use cron jobs etc for this that refreshes and call for new information every second or so.... i cant use this as its too hungry for server resources i know you can code in node.js or simular and can make this process alot easier on the servers by having the live price tick from the mt4 server send the the mysql databse in a way that just seamlessly updates. I can have cron jobs etc as the hardware cannot keep up with the software if we have alot of users on the site. so in you appraisal i will need to know how you plan to tackle this challenge.
