Troubleshooting

I have a program that periodically syncing sales report to my website. Currently it works well but since i am under dynamic IP, i need to add whitelist to bluehost. Previously i had approached a freelancer (currently not with his company anymore) to find a solution so that i do not need to manually add whitelist. He ended up with a solution by using bitvise which works very well till today. Now i want to replicate this to a second computer. The syncing program works well. For bitvise since the previous freelancer is not with his company anymore, I found another freelancer to set it up a few days ago. Although the bitvise already set up and connected, if my ip change the program still doesn't synch to my website. I am not sure whether the program code need to be updated abit or some other setting needed for bitvise. I will include the sync program code inside this project.
