web backend developer for budgeting and payment solutions

We are working on a web application that allows user to set budgets, add payment methods, add expenses, transfer money from his bank/debit card to his account on website, withdraw money back to his bank, etc. HTML/CSS for frontend is ready with no functionality in it. I would also need SPA with React/Vue or so on from you. Better is developer has experience in Python/django. Payment method to be used is either stripe or adyen. We prefer adyen.
