We would like to create a payment module that will help us capture payments from our Woocommerce powered e-shop. Find in the attached document the full instructions for the gateway implementation as provided by the bank. Please answer after reading the manual and provide a bid as you see fit whether in budget or out of budget. We will decide based on a number of factors such as - relevant previous experience (payment gateways you've created) - overall rating - bid amount - timeframe - solid plan of implementation steps Since we're uploading the exact requirements for the implementation we won't accept any form of increase in price after initial bid or automated bids. It will actually make us ignore you forever as a possible partner in our projects. We won't accept delays in delivery times so be honest and provide an accurate timeframe. We respond to unreasonable delays by awarding to a different freelancer. To make sure you've read the manual send me a message with the info that is required to create a test account in the bank.

I've been building stand-alone Payment Gateway's since 2002. Along with this I have created plugins for Magento, Prestashop, WooCommerce UberCart, etc. to interface the Payment Gateways. I mainly work in PHP; but also do Perl,Javascript, C#. I'm yearly PCI-certified and have a daily job doing Payment Transaction work. The changes in WooCommerce(mainly according to subscriptions) need to emphasize, that I see your solution as a plugin for webshops with physical product(else you didn't need capture). The main issue in the new versions of WooCommerce, where you need to intercept transaction-management-function done inside WooCommerce and secure, that they influence on the status of the order.
