WordPress Freelance Website Escrow Payment Setup

I have this wordpress theme: [login to view URL] , and i would like to integrate an escrow payment gateway. So basically, the job poster posts a job they want done, the freelancers apply for the jobs and the job poster selects which one they want to complete the job and assign them the job. As soon as they assign them the job, I want them to pay and the money to be held in escrow, once both the freelancer and job poster mark the job as completed, the money is automatically released to the freelancer and we take a percentage fee of that money. I have a developer currently who is using Escrow.com, but he is very lazy. I am open to any escrow system you recommend as long as it works and is able to accept credit cards or paypal. I have uploaded the theme files as reference, so you know the code. Thanks
