The problem we have with the system at International Bank is that we are attempting to transition to a paperless type of system. But our complication is that we have many types of documents such as stop payment forms, Internal transfer forms, etc.. We want these forms to be available to us electronically and be able to be stored once completed and reviewed.
The system we have in place right now allows us to only get change of addresses and stop payments submitted to us from bankers from a separate system, and we are not able to scan directly from there. We need to print the forms and hand them to our supervisors and then place them in a folder for our auditors and then scan into the system with a scanner. When we are scanning the documents flood into workflow which is our system where we can claim work that needs to be worked on. This confuses us since we see work that was scanned and is completed already and we are trying to find the ones that require work to be performed.
