I need someone to setup a Call Centre CRM and Goip system.
The objective is to make a call centre to handle our Toll-free calls and make outgoing calls which are routed through one number instead of many numbers to manage.
The reason I want to configure the Goip and SIP/VOIP server is that we have multiple counselors that respond to calls are not in the same place and want to improve on data management and capturing It would be great if we can have offline system
I am looking for someone who is very cost effective. Knows what he is doing and configure Goip via teamviewer and CRM to be discussed.
