Prestashop shipping options set up

I need someone to set up the shipping options on a Prestashop 1.7.5.1 site. For the UK the options, based only on total order price, are: "standard", "express" and "free" plus 2 options for European countries. When I try to set this up, the options are displayed in checkout, but the price is always "free". See attached screenshot. The required shipping options and price points are on the attached file. Please advise how long this would take when you bid.
