We are a small but long-established ad agency. I have an e-learning project (industrial client) under way that requires an Adobe Captivate pro. I would guess this represents about 20-40 hours of work. We are based in Ithaca, NY. Respondents close to that geography get special consideration, but not opposed to working with longer distances... Must be in US, though. Script & video done. Moving to assembly of project now, for completion target at end of March, 2017.
