Product concept/visualization/presentation for a sand/salt spreader on cars

I have following product idea: My idea is to a design a device that is positioned in front of each wheel of a car and that spills sand/salt (using gravity or pressurized air) in front of each tire, in case the car starts slipping due to ice or snow on the road. The amount of sand/salt is just for emergency and not for permanent use. The device should be small, have a reasonable price and to be designed for easy retrofitting an all kind of cars. It should act remote controlled, the driver should have a pushbutton on the driver wheel for releasing the sand/salt. I’m searching for a mechanical engineer who has demonstable knowledge about product concept, visualization and presentation. Currently I’m searching for an investor, therefore I need a product concept and some nice pictures that show that it is feasible. (When an investor is found, of course the project could be continued (detailed engineering, production design, etc) at a later stage.)
