Hi, i understand your requirement. you are using openaplr(automatic license plate recongnition) and you want to expose that to api so that you can interact with it using the post request. the following is the premise. 1. openalpr is a software written in c++ so you have to install it in your system centos or rasperry linux( for pi) 2. Then you have to install the bindings for the necessary language, python ( in this case) 3. Then using those bindings i can create the server which can receive input request, run the 'alpr' in your system and send back the output. 4. 0.100 msec is somewhat impossible as the program has to process the image file several times and send the output + there is also network latency. 5.
