The proposition of using miniature robots to internally deliver clinical payloads sounds fascinating. I'm a Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence student here in the UK. I think using a convolutional neural network to detect and track the coordinates of the particle with each frame, taking into account the motion and perspective of the camera itself, will allow for an accurate recording of the particles' motion.
