Python cron jobs -- 2

I need someone that can create a python bot that can handle my daily social media task by itself. 1: Gather active users by: monitor them for keywords, monitoring who the like, rt, reply to. 2: store the users in databases that can be moved around and labeled by what they gathered. 3: Interaction with users such as: Sending dms, sending multiple dms, Reaching out on their comments and public timelines. 4: Word recognition for clicking purposes. Must work on: All social medias.. They can be different machines, I dont care, they must run on RDP windows.
