Long ago, I have tried this task by myself. sometimes it seemed like it could be solved very easily, but the performance from my tool was quite horrible. (It was AHK scripted) so here I am to compensate my lack of ability to make a good 'Text detection' tool. * if you have interest in similar topic previously, or made similar work, please let me know after reading notes down below. Essential Feature note 1: Should be able to conduct its funtion not caring image's size and quality Essential Feature note 2: Should be able to process thousands and probably millions of images. * Might be the most important consideration question Feature note 3: This is not essential, but just a question. So, basic target language is English(Alphabet), but I wonder If this one could be developed to stretch out to detect another language's alphabet too? For example) Chinese Charactor/Cyrilic Alphabet/ Hangeul/ Japanese Letters etc etc. Please answer this possibility when putting the bid message :) and as I said, kindly know that this isn't really essentially needed one. I'm just questioning at this point of understand global languages. condition 1: script nodejs or Python or AHK format please. if possible. condition 2: or else, please suggest me which language format to use (which language your function is scripted) so I could check. condition 3: whether you made this tool or not is not important. I also have experience of making its tool myself but I'm posting this project again just to look for actual better performing tool rather than mine. the performance itself is the higest consideration in this project. condition 4: (important) please apply only if you have done similar projects so you can show me the screencaped examples of your tools right away. or else it would be taking too much of time just trying to make this tool, and if the performance is low, I wouldn't release any milestone or money. please get notified this. condition 5: after the work is done, please show me 10 example cases so I can check its quality. condition 6: after you showing me your tool's example results as condition 7, I can cross check bringing examples from my backgrounds. to check its validness condition 7: (important) milestone will be released only after meeting satisfactory of condition 7, condition 8. condition 8: other practical recommandation or suggestion would be welcomed.
