i want to use tensorflow to scan the contents of a web browser window and find a small square and click on it if its white not black

i want a python script that uses tensorflow / yolo to scan the contents of my screen or browser window (either is fine) maybe 5 times a second and find every instance of 1cm x 1cm white square with black borders (this will be an image provided). if it finds the square and it's white on the screen, i want the mouse to move to its center and click on it. if it finds a square but its solid black i want it to be ignored. i'd write it myself but im incompetent and lazy, so consider this a chance to earn a good meal for some quick hacky code.
