Construction equipment modeling and VR environments

looking for experienced freelancer to build some 3D models and (semi interactive) animated VR experiences. the final output will be for HTC Vive and also google cardboard. We would like the models to be animated to show the functionality viewing area will be a 10x10 trade show booth. open to ideas based on the experience of the artist as well. We want to show the machine in 2 ways: 1. by itself, animating the movement of parts. 2 different cutter heads (see pdf files and videos) 2. in the hole\shaft job site environment as seen in the pictures and videos of the job site. no people necessary. would want it to look like it is in a city street but with a more clean and organized look than what the video shows.
