Hi, I need a floor plan + 3D model of a house with following specifications and requirement. plot area is 900 sq ft. rectangular plot with east facing .Requirements are: Basement: Parking of upto 6 vehicle with a very small room. Ground floor: Office space for 12 people + 1 manager cabin, sitting area, all this in upto 700 sq ft and remaining area will have a small room with attached bathroom +kitchen. stairs + lift leading to 1 floor + basement floor 1st floor: 3 bhk + 2 balcony + 2 wash room. Interested freelancers must show a rough sketch of floor plan before getting awarded for the project.
