Hi. I'd like to know more details about this project. Where are you located? My son and I do jobs like this locally, but would be happy to travel if it's not too far. It would take about 2-3 days depending on how many coats of poly you want. That's assuming you don't want a stain.. Do you have any pictures of the current state the floor is in?
