Multi User, Ecommerce Website plus Facebook Apps/iphone Apps

We have a multi phase project that requires a team with expertise in multiple fields: Ecommerce web, facebook, iphone, android, blackerry and web application development. We request that the project be bid as a whole but be broken down into potential phases. All design will be supplied by us however we have certain small "animations" in some of the application that will need to be provided by you. 1. Multi user e-commerce website that provides "application" development templates for facebook, iphone, ipad, android blackberry and web. Also this site must provide the ability to create and manage affiliate marketeers. Site flow attached 2. Create 2 separate FB applications that will be customizable as far as a predetermined set of functions, actions and themes. (a library of 3 separate actions will be needed for the scratch and win application) See attached As we will look to build various other web and native apps our choice of partner on this project will be determined on level of experience and expertise as much as it will be on pricing and delivery. We are ready to move asap and looking to have the job done as quickly as possible. As we complete each phase we will start on the next immediately.
