Online visability and resume enhancement needed

I have not updated my resume in a while. I work in the tech field and understand that linked-in may be a good resource. I have a profile but it is sparse at best. I need a linked-in specialist that can dramatically improve my profile there. I need a preliminary phone call at 254-214-3013 prior to the project beginning. This is necessary so that I have a feel for what the person has in mind and needs from me. I have a one-page resume that is two(2) years old. Since that time I have developed numerous new skill sets as a systems analyst for a fortune 500 company.
