Virtual Recruiter/Phone Screener - repost

You need to be keen, motivated, and enthusiastic. Experience in sales and customer service is a MUST. We do not offer training. We give full support to you but no training. The chosen freelancer/freelancers will recruit qualified drivers wanting dedicated and 48 state driving jobs. Drivers need to have 3 months experience or more. Freelance MUST be available between the hours 9 AM-6 PM (USA--Central Standard Time). That simply mean you will need to set your schedule between those hours. For example, Monday through Friday from 9am-1pm or 1pm-6pm. Whatever you decide...as long as it is within those hours. You need: • Sales, customer service, and recruiting experience knowledge • Telephone prescreening ability • Unlimited phone calling plan/Phone Line (Magic Jack if with a USA number if you reside in another country) • Ability and knowledge to place your job ads (freelancer pay to post his/her own ads—Craigs List, [login to view URL], etc) • Keen to talk to drivers • Email and internet skills (and know how to use them) • Be able to use Microsoft word, and open pdf documents • Ability to multitask • Fluent in English • Strong organizational skills
