Project Managers and Sales Representatives HRM LEADS – successful marketing and client acquisition for HR service providers. Our customers employ us for the conceptualization and execution of their marketing actions in order to secure clients in the HR field (e.g., HR heads, recruiters, etc.) Your responsibilities: You will take the responsibility for an entire project. This includes customer care (answering customers‘questions via email or phone), acquiring new customers (via social networks or other internet channels), phone consultations regarding the sale of a product, as well as preparation of the offer and the upkeep of your projects. What we expect: You are practical, results-oriented, and motivated. You regularly present and sell our services to decision makers. Your key competencies are strong communication skills, results- and practice-orientedness. You aren’t shy to communicate with our business contacts via phone and to consult them regarding our services. We especially expect: - Very good knowledge of Dutch and English (both written and spoken) - Or very good knowledge of Dutch and German - Very good communication skills – good negotiating ability, strong verbal communication with social skills and fun while talking on the phone - Comfort with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, XING) - Professional experience in sales or marketing is preferred, but not mandatory - Ability to grasp concepts quickly What we offer: Become a part of an upward bound company that operates in the HR field in a unique way.
