MAGENTO SITE project for distribution and retail company

We are building a site for client. Need experienced magento programmer who can communicate clearly and show finished customized magento installs. We currently have magento installed on server and have basic architecture, categories, attributes in place. We need experienced and quick turnaround (1 week from accepted bid) for work described below: GOALS - Input 1300 products, 80% simple 20% configurable (input from old site and excel spreadsheet) - includes pricing, photos (20% need to be resized), description, meta tags, tiered pricing UPS Worldship integration UPS pricing using our UPS Negotitated Rates AMAZON integration Ebay integration Quickbooks integration SEO Google Analytics Google Adwords optimization Light CSS and PSD changes to change color pallet of site. custom options - - Customer Loyalty feature - Tiered pricing based on % not $ figure - Free Shipping on orders over $500 - Price Rules : (Wholesale pricing for registered wholesale clients/General pricing for registered - user/MSRP pricing for not registered users) - Free Shipping on orders over $500 - Blog - WYSIWG editor - User friendly Call Out Editor - Shipping tracking number import for UPS and USPS. - Manufacturer/Brand easy search feature/callout. - All modifications to be done without disturbing or altering Magento Core. - Website must work across all browsers. - Website to have its own SSL certificate. - Creation of favicons for each website. - Products sync’d to Google Base Data Feed. - Must allow for easy creation of custom html landing pages via WYSIWYG CMS.
