*Background* We need someone with excellent knowledge of best practice link-building / SEO skills to promote this project. Please contact us privately and we will send you the URL of our site, and our biggest competitor sites. *Overall requirements* - 100 links of Page Rank 3+ - 30 links of Page Rank 4+ - 20 links of Page Rank 5+ - Language of all linking sites is English and based in USA - Sites are relevant to phone directories or "privacy" -- privacy means websites against spamming, telemarketers, etc... - Gradual creation of links over a 3-week period - No black hat techniques please. No cloaking etc. - All work shall be performed in an ethical (white hat) method - No spam emails - For submitting, we will provide you with an email address that will be temporarily redirected to your email address. You must use this email address when it is necessary for link submitting. *Link Requirements* - Link can't have a "nofollow" tag - One way links only. - Each link should be on a unique domain name and different IP address. - No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, or link directories - All links must have one of specified anchor texts - Manual submissions is a must. - No dynamically generated links. All links must be 100% static. - Link page must have less then 25 links on the page - No bulk directory, article submissions - Links must be permanent. - Link pages are not more than 3 clicks away from homepage - NO freely hosted sites -geocities, tripod etc. - Must be quality links. No link Farms, link-exchange, blogs, guest books, web rings, gambling, or x-rated adult sites. - Link and description should be 100% text. No graphics, Flash, JavaScript, etc. - Link can’t be within a frame or iframe. - Not "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar. - All links should be free and not paid links. - All links must be visible and readable. (no hidden links) - No JavaScript or redirect script. - Link page must have been cached by Google *Report / Deliverable* We require an Excel report with the following - Site Title - Site URL - Site PR - URL of page with link - URL Page PR - Anchor Text - Date Submitted - Date Accepted Note: We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links. *Timeframe* We would like to start the project ASAP. *Payment* We pay for links, not for submission! Before you bid, make sure you can deliver links that meet all requirements. The payment will be done in 2 phases according to milestones: - Milestone 1: first 75 links + provided report (Excel spreadsheet) is done. Once we validate the links, we will release the first 50%. - Milestone 2: rest of 75 links + provided report (Excel spreadsheet) is done. Once we validate the links, we will release the rest (50%) of the funds PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 5 PREVIOUS RATINGS - bidders with less than 5 ratings will not be chosen
